The Cartesian Tube Profiling Process developed by VR3 Engineering is a unique process to produce fabricated tube structures with unprecedented accuracy, quality, convenience, repeatability and added value to every stage of the design and manufacturing tube components and structures.

Both ends of each tube are notched in a single setup to hold both end profiles, tube length and end orientations within tolerances of 0.005". We bring machining tolerances to fabricated structures. Each component is CNC machined and is 100% repeatable. Profile data is extracted directly from 3D solid model files.
