Working from your drawings and specifications, we will ship complete ready-to-weld kits of round or square tubing, up to 2" in diameter in aircraft-grade 4130 steel, or stainless, or aluminum.
Every tube is profiled in one setup to ensure accurate profiles and clock orientation at both ends, and controlled lengths.
Every welding surface fits within tolerances of .005 inches.
Simplified welding for clusters of up to 8 tubes, in any combination of tube diameters.
Joining at angles as acute as 20°, or less.
Every tube is mapped in 3D, stored and cataloged – if modifications or replacements are needed, every affected piece is automatically adjusted.
All tubes are cataloged, labeled and ready to weld right out of the box.
