VR3 Engineering manufactures precision cut tubing components and tubing kits used in a range of structures for aircraft, performance racing, architectural and industrial applications.

Both ends of each tube are notched in a single setup to hold both end profiles, tube length and end orientations within tolerances of .005”.
Each component is CNC machined and is 100% repeatable.
Profile data is extracted directly from 3D CAD solid model files.
Eliminate measuring, cutting, grinding and fitting tubes one at a time.
Profiles are unrestricted to suit simple joints, saddle joints, acute angles or complex multi-tube clusters.
A complete set of tubes is labeled, packaged and ’ready to weld’ right out of the box.
Pre-profiled tubes can be formed or bent in 3D space.
